Q:  What do I need to bring to camp?
A:  You will need to bring the following items:
  1. Yoga mat (the thicker, the better)
  2. Hand weights: ladies (5-10 lbs), guys (8-15 lbs) - you can always go heavier... :-)
  3. Water!!
  4. Something to sop up the sweat

Q: Can I bring a Friend to What The Fit?TM Camp?
A: Absolutely!  I always encourage you to bring a friend, or family... They're first class is always FREE! and its only $10 per session to walk on at any time!
Q:  Are you going to yell at me?
A:  Ha!  no... I prefer to keep my clients instead of run them off... My camp is very supportive and encouraging.  That's not to say I won't work your tail off, but I'll try to make it fun while I'm doing it...

Q:  Do I need to be in great shape to join camp?
A:  NO!  I design all the workouts with modifications in mind.  You work to the best of your ability, not someone else's.
